We use TLS/SSL encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Access is restricted via role-based permissions, biometric + 2FA options, and regular security audits. If a breach occurs, we will notify affected users within 72 hours.

Our AI assistant can read, create, and modify your CRM data on your behalf to automate tasks. All AI actions are logged in your account activity.

AI Providers: We use OpenAI, Anthropic, and Meta AI models under strict data processing agreements. Your data is not used to train public AI models. You can opt out of AI processing in Settings → Privacy.

8. Marketing Communication

With your consent, we may send email/SMS/WhatsApp updates about features, offers, and security alerts. You can unsubscribe anytime via the "Unsubscribe" link or by replying STOP to SMS. Transactional messages about your account cannot be opted out of.

If you're in the EU/UK/California you have rights to:

• Access, correct, or delete your data
• Export your data in CSV/PDF format
• Restrict processing or withdraw consent

• Opt out of data "sale" – we don't sell data

10. Account Deletion

You can delete your account anytime: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon deletion we remove personal data within 30 days, except data required for legal/tax records which we retain up to 7 years then purge.

Data may be processed in South Africa, EU, and USA. For EU users, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and adequacy decisions to protect transfers.

12. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect.
